Classes

Pilates Intro Session From $30 per visit with Reformer 5 Class Card pass No purchase required to enroll

For new customers, we offer 2 free introductory classes. These are one-on-one session that can be customized for any level of fitness and experience. If you are new to Pilates, these sessions are a great introduction. For experienced students, private instruction can help you refine your practice and challenge you at whole different level. Depending on your experience, we will incorporate work on the mat, reformer, chair, tower and with props.

Mat Group Class $15 per class No purchase required to enroll

Mat Group classes are a great workout. We will focus on your core, balance, flexibility and strength. Class incorporate bands, rings, rollers and other props. If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend you take advantage of the free intro session before joining a group class. Email us at welcome@waterspilates.com to set up an intro session.


Reformer $30 per class From $30 per visit with Reformer 10 Class Card pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Get a full body workout, including use of the Tower, box, and other props. This class is intended for people with previous Pilates experience. If you are brand new to Pilates, please contact us at welcome@waterspilates.com to set up a complimentary intro session.

Reformer/Tower $30 per class From $30 per visit with Reformer 10 Class Card pass No purchase required to enroll

Private Session-Apprentice Instructor $50 per class From $50 per visit with Private 10 Session Card pass No purchase required to enroll

Intro Private A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Courses

Beginner Series $150 Purchase required to enroll

The course is designed for people who have never done Pilates, people who want to learn to use Pilates Equipment and those who want a refresher before jumping into group classes. The goal of the Beginner Series is to introduce you to (or remind you of) the basics of Pilates. We will start with the fundamentals and mat work and then move onto equipment, including the Reformer and Tower. By the end of the six weeks, you should feel comfortable joining one of our Beginner Reformer Group Classes.
