Our Reformer classes are intended for students who have previous experience with Pilates equipment. If you are new to Pilates, we encourage to sign up for the Reformer Fundamentals or Mat classes, so we can introduce you to the basics.

Our reformers are brand new Allegro 2's made by Balanced Body. They are smooth, elegant, versatile and simple to adjust. They are complete with towers, boxes, jump boards and mat extenders. We hope you sign up for a class soon so you can experience them yourself.

Come hop on a Reformer and get a great workout during your lunch break! Our downtown location makes it easy for you to fit a class into your busy schedule.

Our Reformer classes are designed for people with prior experience with Pilates. If you are new or want a refresher, check out our Mat or Reformer Fundamentals Classes. We are open to input about new class times, so email us at welcome@waterspilates.com or fill out the contact form on the website.

Pilates Intro Session Free No purchase required to enroll

For new customers, we offer 2 free introductory classes. These are one-on-one session that can be customized for any level of fitness and experience. If you are new to Pilates, these sessions are a great introduction. For experienced students, private instruction can help you refine your practice and challenge you at whole different level. Depending on your experience, we will incorporate work on the mat, reformer, chair, tower and with props.

Mat/Chair Combo Session $50 per class No purchase required to enroll

The Pilates Chair is a dynamic and challenging piece of equipment. It increases strength, stability, control and balance like nothing else. Mat exercises are used for warm up and cool down and to ensure a total body work out. Currently, we only have one chair, so these are private sessions.

Mat Group Class $15 per class From $15 per visit with Mat 5 Class Punch Card-Founding Member pass No purchase required to enroll

Mat Group classes are a great workout. We will focus on your core, balance, flexibility and strength. Class incorporate bands, rings, rollers and other props. If you are brand new to Pilates, we recommend you take advantage of the two free intro sessions before joining a group class.


Reformer Fundamentals $30 per class From $29 per visit with Reformer 10 Class Punch Card-Founding Member pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

The Beginner Reformer Class is great for anyone who is new to Pilates equipment. We will take the time to explain the equipment and set up for the exercises. Don't worry, though, you will still get a great workout including use of the Tower, box, and other props. Experienced students are welcome because this is a great chance to review the basics and focus on the fundamentals.

Courses

Beginner Series $150 Purchase required to enroll

The course is designed for people who have never done Pilates, people who want to learn to use Pilates Equipment and those who want a refresher before jumping into group classes. The goal of the Beginner Series is to introduce you to (or remind you of) the basics of Pilates. We will start with the fundamentals and mat work and then move onto equipment, including the Reformer and Tower. By the end of the six weeks, you should feel comfortable joining one of our Beginner Reformer Group Classes.
